Weekly and Bi-Weekly Pool Cleaning - $60

This service includes up to 1 hour of labor, vacuuming the pool floor, brushing the pool walls/ladders/steps, skimming the top of the water, cleaning all skimmer baskets, back washing sand filters, cleaning cartridge filters, inspecting/cleaning salt cell, cleaning pump basket, testing the water balance, chemically treating the pool.

Pool chemicals will be an additional charge as needed.

Weekly and Bi-Weekly Spa Cleaning - $60

Spa chemicals will be an additional charge as needed.

Weekly and Bi-Weekly Pool & Spa Cleaning - $85

Pool/Spa chemicals will be an additional charge as needed.

Pool Opening or Closing - $400.00 (Opening/Closing Chemicals Included)

This service includes up to 2 hours of labor, vacuuming the pool floor, brushing the pool walls/steps, skimming the top of the water, cleaning all skimmer baskets, back washing sand filters, cleaning cartridge filters, inspect/clean salt cell, cleaning pump basket, testing the water balance, treat the pool, remove all ladders and hand rails, blow out water from returns, skimmers, deck jets, slides, bubblers, bottom drain, treat lines with anti-freeze chemical, remove all drain plugs from pumps, filters, loosen both heater unions so unit can drain and breath, remove pressure gage, install/remove the winter safety cover and install/remove cover pump on safety cover.

Please Note: When your pool is opened, it will NOT be swim ready! You will need to give the chemicals and filter system a few days to work before you use the pool.

Additional labor charge of $65 an hour will be added after the first hour of the pool or spa cleaning job, and after the 2 hours for the opening or closing.

Any additional chemicals that are needed will be billed accordingly.
